The site describes the custom software, websites and services ETG Works LLC (“ETG Works”) builds. Features shown are examples of what can be built; what a project includes is set only by its written plan and agreement. Feature screens on the site use sample data, with made-up people, customers and numbers.
Plans, prices and estimates
Anything on this site, and any plan, price or timeline sent in reply to a request, is an estimate until both sides agree to it in writing. A project starts under its own agreement or invoice terms, not these terms.
Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it. Please don't copy its content or design for your own use, try to break or overload it, or use its forms to send spam or anything unlawful.
Ownership
The site's text, design, images and code belong to ETG Works or its licensors. Names and logos of other companies belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
The site links to services such as Calendly. ETG Works does not control those sites and is not responsible for them.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. ETG Works works to keep it accurate and available, but does not promise it will always be either.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ETG Works is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
