Privacy policy

ETG Works LLC · Effective date: October 22, 2026

This policy explains what information ETG Works LLC (“ETG Works”) collects through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have.

What ETG Works collects

Information you send through a form.

  • Free custom demo: your business name, your current website (or that you don't have one yet), the features you'd like your demo to include, anything else you choose to share, your name and your email.
  • Start a project: your name, email, phone number (optional), business name, what the business does, what you need, your timeline, your budget range and anything else you choose to share.

Information sent automatically when you visit. Like every website, the servers that deliver this site receive basic technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. ETG Works does not use this to identify you.

A count of demo requests. ETG Works takes a limited number of free demo requests each week. To keep that count, the site stores the time of each demo request and a short scrambled code made from the email address (not the address itself), so a repeat request from the same address counts once. These records are deleted after about two weeks.

ETG Works does not use advertising trackers, does not run analytics on this site, and the site itself sets no cookies.

How ETG Works uses it

  • To build the demo you asked for, and to email you about it.
  • To reply to you, ask follow-up questions and prepare a plan and price.
  • To keep records of project requests.

ETG Works does not sell your information, rent it or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who else handles it

  • Netlify hosts the site, receives form submissions, which are then sent to ETG Works by email, and keeps the demo request count described above.
  • Google Fonts delivers the site's fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
  • Calendly handles call scheduling if you choose to book a call. Calendly's own privacy policy applies there.

Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy.

How long it is kept

Project requests and messages are kept as long as needed to respond and to keep business records, then deleted when no longer needed. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Your choices

You can ask ETG Works to show you, correct or delete the information you sent. Email hello@etgworks.com and it will be handled within 30 days.

Software ETG Works builds for clients

This policy covers this website only. Software ETG Works builds and hosts for a client is governed by that client's own privacy policy and agreement with ETG Works.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. ETG Works does not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
